Refund policy

If purchased from a retailer, please see them for Returns & Exchange advice. For any clarification, please contact us and we will get back to you ASAP. 

Change of Mind Returns:

If you wish to return your item for ANY reason, you may do so within 30 days, if the product is returned in as-new, re-saleable condition with all original packaging, tags and labels intact and attached. 

Upon receipt of the items to our returns address, your return will be processed in 5-7 business days.  

We can process all returns for either a refund or store credit. 

NOTE: “CLEARANCE” items cannot be returned/exchanged in any circumstances. Worn/used items cannot be returned/exchanged in any circumstances.

Store Credits:

·         Are valid for 12 months use from code issued.

·         Any additional shipping fees (i.e. Express Post) paid on the original order will not be credited.

Refunds:         

·         Are only able to be processed to the original payment method from which you originally paid

·         Any additional shipping fees (i.e. Express Post) paid on the original order will not be refunded.

Feetures Australia will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid. 

Postage cost for Returns & Exchanges on items purchased during Sale/Promotional Periods (i.e. EOFYS, Black Friday, Xmas/New Year etc) are to be covered by the customer. In these instances, customers will be required to cover the cost of returning the items to us and, if seeking an exchange, include a PREPAID, self-addressed satchel so we can send the new items back to you.

If a prepaid satchel is not included, we will provide an invoice for $15 which will be payable before any replacements are sent.

In all other instances, the customer is required to cover the cost of sending the items back to us. Feetures Australia will then cover the cost of returning the replacement item to you.

Mistakenly Sent Items:

If you believe you have been sent an item in error, please respond to your order confirmation email, detailing the items which have been omitted/sent in error, as well as the items which you were meant to have received. We will ensure you are sorted in no time at all!

Faulty Items:

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Feetures Lifetime Guarantee

 

Engineered to be ignored so you can just move.

Our socks are designed to be long lasting with a custom-like fit to enable easy movement with fewer blisters, less sock slippage, and a greater degree of comfort. Having an issue within 30 days of your purchase? You may be looking for our Returns Page.

 

What does Lifetime Guarantee Mean?

While we offer 30 days to return your original order, we know our socks should last well past that! That is why we are happy to provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all our socks.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with our socks, we want you to let us know. Having a quality issue, not quite the right fit, or did our product fail to live up to your standards? We'll get those replaced for you right away. Here are some examples of what our Lifetime Guarantee covers:

      Holes (excluding wear and tear)

      Material thinning

      Stretching or shrinkage

We've designed our Lifetime Guarantee process to be as easy as possible so that you can receive the socks that meet your needs and get back to doing the activities that keep you moving.

What "Lifetime" Means for Our Socks

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers the expected lifetime of the socks themselves - Not an individual's Lifetime - the period during which the socks should reasonably last under normal use and care. Under typical wear conditions, our socks are designed to provide approximately 2 years of reliable performance. This guarantee ensures that if your socks fail prematurely due to manufacturing defects or quality issues during their expected lifespan, we'll make it right.

  

What does Lifetime Guarantee Not Mean?

We know Lifetime Guarantee sounds too good to be true, but we guarantee our quality and our socks. Whether you're running UTA100 or running after your toddler, we cover it. But, if you leave them on the course or your toddler hides them under the couch, we can't take responsibility for that.

Here are a few other examples of what it doesn't cover:

Socks subbing for a Pet Chew Toy

While saying the dog ate your homework was always worth a shot in school, this unfortunately is not covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

Lost in the laundry

While we encourage you to take that up with your dryer (we all know how they love to eat socks), this is not something covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. We do recommend washing your socks in a mesh laundry bag, so they don't escape.

Left behind at a race

We know it feels great to take your shoes and socks off after a long hard race but protect your favourite pairs at all costs. This is not something covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

Thrown Away

Did your favourite socks get a hole? Make sure you take a picture and hold onto your socks in question. We will need a photo to be able to get you a new pair, so if you throw them away, they will not be covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

Your Consumer Rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
